of $252,461 from the Virginia Department of Social Services and appropriating said
amount in the FY 2026 Social Services Fund for use by DSS to pay foster care costs.

Virginia Department of Education and appropriating said amount in the FY 2026

the Virginia Opioid Abatement Authority and appropriating said amount to the FY 2026
Behavioral Healthcare Service Fund Budget for the purpose of addressing opioid use.

$167,000 from the Office of the Executive Secretary at the Supreme Court of Virginia
and appropriating said amount in the FY 2026 Behavioral Healthcare Service Fund for

25-278 Adoption of a resolution authorizing the execution of the Fiscal Year 2026 Agreement
with the Virginia Department of Health for funding and services of the Portsmouth
