PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH ANY REPORT [BY WHATEVER NAME IT MIGHT BE CALLED] that you/your agency/it’s personnel generated in which it was reported to the Governor, the Virginia Attorney General and the chairmen of the House and Senate Committees on General Laws and the House Appropriations, Senate Finance Committees of the General Assembly, The State Inspector General, Virginia Auditor of Public Accounts, the Superintendent of the Virginia State Police and the Agency that the report addresses that any records management practices of that or any agency, MORE PARTICULARLY but limited to the VIRGINIA BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT, Paul Neudigate, Police Chief, were deficient/not in compliance with any of the requirements/standards for public records set out in Title 42.1 Libraries/ Chap. 7 / Virginia Public Records Act, §§ 42.1-76 — 42.1-91.1 and any actions necessary to bring the agency into compliance with the Virginia Public Records Act, §§ 42.1-76 — 42.1-91.1 standards AND TO PREVENT THE SPOLIATION OF EVIDENCE.
