LETTER TO VIRGINIA ATTORNEY GENERAL ASKING IF HE HAS OPINED THAT THE CONSTITUTION DOES NOT MATTER

Sir: Has the Office of the Virginia Attorney General/the Attorney General (by whatever names they might be called) issued an opinion(s) that Virginia’s [1] Constitution, [2] CODE, [3] Officials, [4] employees, [5] contractors, [6] political subdivisions/ officals/employees/contractors/, [7] agencies (Virginia Code § 42.1-77) are not subject to common law (VIRGINIA CODE § 1-200, Supremacy Clause in both U.S. CONSTITUTION, Art. VI, CLAUSE 2 and the U.S. Constitution’s 14th amd.; § 1-248 OF THE VIRGINIA CODE, VIRGINIA CODE §§ 1-200 & 1-201[CHAP. 2.1 COMMON LAW AND RULES OF CONSTRUCTION, §§ 1-200 — 1-257] ~ THE DEFINITIVE TREATY OF PEACE 1783 ENGLAND AND THE UNITED STATES, 1815 TREATY OF PEACE AND AMITY BETWEEN HIS BRITANNIC MAJESTY AND THE UNITED STATES AMERICA, AN ACT FOR THE REGULATING THE PRIVY COUNCIL AND FOR TAKING AWAY THE COURT COMMONLY CALLED THE STAR CHAMBER. [JULY 5, 1641. STATUTES OF THE REALM, V. 110. 17 CAR. I. CAP. 10.) principle and if such an opinion(s) have been issued where it/they might be found?
